The 2012 homeowner dues are $325.00 per calendar year (see Pool Tab for Exciting News). The dues letters will be mailed out the first week in January and are due by February 28, 2012.

2012 JCOA Annual Dues Schedule

February 28, 2012 Due date for annual dues at $325.00.
March 1 - March 31, 2012 Amount due is $425.00.
April 1 - April 30, 2012 Amount due is $525.00.
May 1 - May 31, 2012 The 30 day waiting period before the JCOA files a lien on the property or properties. Amount due is $555.00 per lot.
June 1, 2012 The JCOA will file a lien in the amount of $555.00 (plus interest and administrative fees) against the delinquent owner's property. The JCOA Covenants allow for the collection of interest and administrative fees incurred from the collection of late payments.
January 1, 2013 Property owners still delinquent for 2012, including prior years, will incur fines in addition to the liens filed against that property owner for each lot.
Please Note
If mailed, the postmark date of your payment will be your payment date. Checks returned NSF are considered not paid and a bank charge will be added to the amount due. All homeowners and lot owners who are owner of record as of January 1, 2012 are responsible for paying the annual fee. It is the responsibility of the owner of record to negotiate the pro-rating of the fee with the buyer if the homeowner sells their home or lot during the year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 
It is up to each homeowner and lot owner to pay their dues.  The fees are due every year by February 28.  Every homeowner and lot owner is sent an invoice.  There have been a few occasions when a homeowner or lot owner does not receive a dues letter.  If that happens, we apologize.  Signs will be placed at both entrances to Jones Creek as a reminder to everyone that their dues are now due.  There will also be a reminder in the Jones Creek Newsletter (The Scorecard) and Calling Post calls will also be made.
