Q: When are the annual homeowner assessments due?
A: The annual homeowner assessments are due by February 28th of each year. The
amount due goes up $100.00 each month the dues are late.

Q: Where do I send the homeowner dues payment?
A: Send payments to Jones Creek 0wners Association, P. O. Box 1418, Evans, GA 30809.

Q: Who do I call to report a street light that is burned out?
A: Call Georgia Power at 888-891-0938 to report any street lights out. Be prepared
to give them an address or intersection.

Q: Can we have satellite dishes in Jones Creek?
A: Yes.

Q: We are thinking of building in Jones Creek. Can the garage
doors face the street and can we put up a fence?
A: All house and fence plans must be submitted to the chair person of the Architectural Control
Committee for approval. Please see the Jones Creek "Covenants" tab.
You may have received a copy of the Covenants from your real estate agent when you
purchased your lot.

Q: Can we eat at the Jones Creek Clubhouse if we do not live in the neighborhood?
A: Yes. The restaurant is open to the public. Call the clubhouse
at 706-868-6770 for appropriate dress code and hours of operation.

Q: Can we play tennis and/or swim at the pool if we do not live in Jones
Creek?
A: No. Only JCOA members and pool members may swim at the pool or reserve a tennis
court. However, they can play on the courts if they are a guest of a member.

Q: I do not live in Jones Creek, but I want to play golf at the golf club.
Can I be a member of the Jones Creek Golf Club or is it private to the residents?
A: Anyone can be a member or play golf. It is a public course. Call
the Jones Creek Golf Club at 706-860-4228 for more information.

A: Yes, but you need to contact the Architectural Control Committee chair for approval. See
