Pool News 2012
We have exciting news to share with all Jones Creek residents. After years of discussing this issue, the JCOA
Board has achieved a concensus to make all JCOA residents a full member of our community pool. All residents will be
able to enjoy our pool with new extended hours beginning in May, 2012 and closing during the mid-October time frame.
Keep in mind that all homeowners must be in
good standing with the Association. That means no outstanding dues, liens owed or covenant violations.
The pool will be fully staffed with Red Cross certified life guards during peak hours
and our residents will be able to enjoy the pool during off hours as a “Swim at Your Own Risk” facility.
To be able to transition to this arrangement
and restore our maintenance reserves, your JCOA dues will increase to $325/year.
The last dues increase for the JCOA was in 2006.
